Takes about 30-45 mins to install on one machine. Pinnacle 10 is not an option due to the spec of PC's. The pinnacle knowledgebase hasn't helped at all so any ideas would be helpful ! Checked paths of pinnacle registry entries. Logged on as Administrator and tried to Run as with Pinnacle account. Created a "Pinnacle" account and made it part of the administrators group. Gave a test profile full rights to c: drive Any other profile it will display the splash screen and then generate a "error has occured." window. The problem lies that the application will not launch with any profile other than administrator. Go through normal process of copying profile to default user, permit everyone etc. Install as normal under Administrator profile.
